Our business analysis uncovered a need to strengthen the overall business processes from order to invoice in their Movex ERP – system.
In addition to this a need for a more efficient systems and processes to handle planning and reporting of activities and operational key indicators was identified.
Teams were established to identify opportunities for process improvements and new ways of working.
New procedures in relation to production stops and plan changes were developed and implemented.
New and effective principles and processes for budgeting, forecasting and planning were developed, tested and updated in Movex in cooperation with the Movex supplier and relevant personnel.
The number of short termplan changes was reduced with 30 %.
Average throughput time for a production order was reduced by 3 days.
